Food was amazing! Fresh and very tasty, would highly recommend to anyone who likes Indian food. Staff were very friendly service was excellent. 5 stars from us will be returning soon.

Decent scran but the only complaint was I had to wait approximately 20-25 mins beyond my pick up time.That's happened twice now.Wouldn't put me off though😋

First take away since Shish relocated to Potterton and it didn’t disappoint .
Food and service was second to none.Will continue to use this superb Indian restaurant.

First time we’ve ever ordered a takeaway from Shish-In-Stead Potterton and it did not disappoint. We were given a warm welcome by staff. Food was amazing - good value too. We will certainly be back again.

We have been several times now to sit in and have had a good experience every time. It's been refurbished really nicely. Staff always pleasant and attentive. Food is delicious. We will definitely be back again.

We were gutted when the Shish moved from the Brig Inn at Bridge of Don but ordered a takeaway tonight and was delighted that our regular go to meals chicken balti/ malai masala were as tasty as ever 😋

Fantastic selection of classic dishes but the real gems are in the House Specials. Great fresh flavours and can spice up to your needs/bravery. Great atmosphere, super friendly and attentive services, lovely decor to match the experience and a real gem of a bar next door for a pre/post meal drink.
All round great experience and highly recommended

The Restaurant looks absolutely stunning and definitely creates the desired atmosphere.
The food and service were both equally top class , as it always has been.
We are so pleased that the restaurant is now open and look forward to another 20 years plus of continued patronage.
You guys simply are the best and worth the 90mile round trip everytime.
Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates the best Indian Food

Really disappointing. First off, £35 for two curries, 1 rice and 1 naan is really very expensive, particularly when the quality is not great. We had a korma and a tikka masala - both very bland, more flavour in the coconut rice than in either curry. Won’t be coming back for a while :(

I have been a regular user of Shish-In-Stead for the last year as a takeaway service.
Excellent menu choice and sizeable portions.
Great to see the progress being made on refurbishment of the restaurant, looking forward to enjoying a sit in meal.
